IM from Saravanan 02-13-2017:
BEx analyzer is timing out when executed on the BEx Query ZAFSDDS1_Q001 due to the large volume of data.
Will need to extract directly from Sales order DSO itself for 2015 & 2016 years.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

Customer Name, Season Group, Year & Period fields are not available in Sales Order DSO. These are the mandatory fields requested by the business, so extracting the data from Sales Order DSO is not possible & it takes much time.

Resolution

---

1. Need to create a new BEx Query in BPP with the all possible requested fields.
2. Need to execute the BEx query for a single period, in order to avoid timeout errors & output needs to be taken in to a separate spreadsheet.
3. Need to repeat the above activity for all the periods in 2015 & 2016.
4. Consolidate all the Spreadsheets & prepare the final spreadsheet with all the fields as requested by business.
5. Attached is the sample spreadsheet for 2015 year.
